I would be interested in your Pressure Cooker vacuum system (and pictures).
Like the design on the Ted Pella but don't need something like that as I
will not be doing to much mold making

Thanks

I had one made from an old pressure cooker. Took an old bicycle tube and cut
a gasket out of it for the lid to seal and drilled a hole in the side of the
pot for the tubing/guage and used a piece of 1/2" lexan for the lid. It
worked well enough to degas the rtv I was using and for some molds. I have a
picture somewhere if you want me to email it to you. It was a 12" pot about
8"s high. The lexan and the guage was all I had to buy. I have since bought
one from http://www.tedpella

.com/desiccat_html/vacpoly. htm We'll see how well it works.

What happened to the old idea of using a kitchen pressure cooker as
a vacuum chamber?
They were made for pressure.
