SEEKING:
HOST 1- ANIMAL TRAINER
Our first host should be able to train animals to perform tasks. This person is likely to have trained diverse animals (not just cats & dogs) for roles in films and have a track record in this field that makes them an EXPERT in this field. They should be enthusiastic and creative, and ready to take on any challenge. They should be approved by relevant animal safety bodies. They should enjoy the challenge of appearing on television. Any age.
HOST 2: ENGINEER
No Animal Experience required - Age 26ish yrs and up but more wacky inventors can be older too! This person should have a background in inventing wacky machines and should be considered somewhat an authority in this. This host should be a creative and hands-on engineer, is likely to have a background in prop-making and creating functional machines that look good on camera. The viewer needs to believe that this person is capable of dreaming up and building crazy machines.
HOST 3: ANIMAL FRIENDLY HOST
Age 25-40ish. This person should be known for their work with animals or their love of animals and pets. This will need to be demonstrated by their past experience. They will act as a go between with Host 1 & 2. They will be interacting with pet owners and their pets. The audience must be convinced that they love animals and pets. This role might suit a familiar face to Animal Planet viewers.
