Dinner for 4 Casting
Posted by: "uruci66" uruci66@yahoo.com uruci66
Fri Feb 8, 2008 10:05 am (PST)
This is an erotica short about two couples and how the husbands are
trying to take their couple friendship to another level. Please keep
in mind that erotica does not necessarily require nudity and there is
none in this project. What it does need is an element of sex that
needs to be in the story to properly tell it. This a simulated sex
scene where the dialog during the scene is where the focus is. All
cast members must be comfortable with kissing and the male characters
need to be comfortable with a same gender kiss as well.
We are filing as a SAG Short. This is color blind casting.
Casting will be done beginning of March and shooting is planned for
April 2008.
Please email your resume and headshot to contact@q2qproductions.
Below is the breakdown of characters.
Raymond: mid 20's/30's - a follower and somewhat unsure about his
choices when following. Same gender kissing.
Erin: mid 20's/30's - soft spoken, but curious... simulated sex scene
with a male character.
Julia: mid 20s/30's - out spoken with a big laugh and knows what she
wants. Some kissing, maybe...

From our first two workshops
Hey Jagger
Yesterday's On-Camera Audition Class hit a grand-slam home run! As usual, your class was fun, upbeat, enjoyable - and extremely informative, helpful and useful. You and Joyce made a great combination, providing both insightful advice and specific, constructive feedback on the audition process in a very nurturing and supportive manner. As always there were several opportunities to perform, providing the maximum amount of experience and feedback in the shortest period of time. All of your classes are great! but this one I think is the best.
Thanks again to you and Joyce!
Stevenn Beck
PS. When will this class be expanded? I'm in!!! :-)
Jagger,
I was really impressed by you and Joyce today. I've kinda been bragging about it all night! I just re-entered the legit world this fall, and of all the workshops I've taken, I learned the most in 5 hours with you guys. I am soooo sold on your classes. I'd love to attend the Legit Agent Night, and the comedy class in January. Thanks again!
Jewel Elizabeth
Jagger
I'm glad I took your class. It taught me many things & showed me once again that I love being in a room with other actors learning their craft, makes me "feel a part of" and that my dream is realistic, and can, and will be fulfilled. Thanks for everything..
Now about your teaching. I am a professor and teach theater at Hunter and English at BMCC. You teach like I try to teach my students. You kept me interested, & all the points I wanted to see covered in the class were covered. I trusted that you knew what you were talking about, and came away with a sense of energy about acting that I have not felt in a long time. I would recommend your class to anyone who wants to take a class on any level with you. Once again, thanks for everything you do for us. See you soon
Sincerely,
April Andres
Hey, Jagger, just wanted to tell you that I thought Joyce was terrific . . . very good insight and a nice compliment to you.
Eric Johnson
Hi Jagger, your "On Camera Workshop" was so worthwhile I can't wait till you have it again. I learned so much, from what colors look good on camera, to makeup, to jewelry and how to audition with confidence. It's great to see yourself on camera, this gives you a chance to really look at yourself and fix what's not working. I never knew that I closed my eyes so much that it took all of the energy out of my audition, that's one tip that I will NEVER forget.
Once again, you hit it out of the park!
Catherine Pierce
Hey Jagger,
I found your class very productive and helpful. Even though we learn about all these techniques, it becomes hard to apply if we don't practice. So I thank you for always reminding us to practice and encouraging us.
Thanks, your on camera audition class was great. I do want to take your monologue class, so let me know how you want me to register.
Thank you,
Jyoti
Hey Jagger.
Thanks so much for the on-camera workshop on Saturday. Ive taken a few film classes and yours was a refreshing change. We just got right to business, attacked the work AND had fun. So thank-you for that. I found it very helpful. Hope to take your commercial class soon!
Lian-Marie Holmes
Jagger,
I really learned a lot today and it got me over most of my heebie jeebies with regard to auditioning in front of a camera & the rest will come with experience.
John Reoli
Thanks again Jagger. It was a very educational experience and a great class!!!
Phil Greene
Hey Jagger,
Thanks for such a great class in learning more about on-camera techniques. Also, I would like to register for the monologue and the art of storytelling classes, so please reserve a spot for me in each one as I need to learn these ASAP.
Your friend,
Althea March
Hi Jagger!
Thanks for the great class!
