A new independent feature (HD) filming over 2 weeks in August 2008
(12-14 shooting days) is now casting for our LEAD and SUPPORTING
roles.
All positions posted are PAID. This will NOT be SAG.
The film is titled - "PUNCH"
In the Grindhouse style, "Punch" is a high octane, punk-rock themed
horror film, about two rival gangs "The Teenage Mod Murder Squad"
and "The 4-Barrel Felons" who square off to battle for the ultimate
fate of humanity in an isolated middle-American farm town.
Tagline: "Fast Cars. Faster Women. Blood, Guts and Gore. The American
Dream."
This film will be rated "R" and is filled with rough language, blood,
guts and gore and sex, drugs and rock-n-roll.
We are definitely open to an unknown and gritty cast!
The Characters: (please note ALL roles reference smoking cigarettes
and several roles do require: gun handling, NUDITY and SIMULATED DRUG
USE)
The LEADS roles:
BRAND - (18-25) - Male - *any ethnicity - thin to muscular* - The
leader of "The Teenage Mod Murder Squad". He is very soft spoken and
quiet. He is young, thin, attractive and suavely punk rock/mod.
***tattoos and experience riding a Vespa-style scooters and
motorcycles a plus*** - *role does require gun handling and riding a
150cc scooter and a 750cc motorcycle so a motorcycle license or the
ability to get one will be required*
PUNCH - (25-30) - Male - *White Only - muscular* - The leader of "The
4-Barrel Felons". He is dangerously self-confident and an unaffected
sociopath. He is a muscular and menacing Rock-A-Billy gearhead.
***tattoos and experience driving manual transmission muscle and
classic cars a plus - role requires nudity, gun handling and
simulated drug use***
TREKKIE - (18-25) - Male - *any ethnicity - chubby* - The town Star-
Trek and fantasy loving nerd. He is chubby and out of shape. ***role
requires simulated drug use***
EVE - (18-25) - Female - *Asian Only - thin* - The love interest of
Punch. See is a psychotic badass, but you'd never know it from her
seemingly innocent demeanor. She is thin and fit. ***tattoos a plus -
role requires nudity, gun handling and simulated drug use***
SKID - (25-35) - Male - *any ethnicity - thin* - The town's
vaudeville obsessed drug dealer. He is skinny and strung out, with an
over the top personality. ***tattoos a plus - role requires nudity
and simulated drug use***
THE MECHANIC - (45-60) - Male - *any ethnicity - overweight* - He is
essentially God personified in the gruff body of a beer drinking,
overweight mechanic. ***white beard and hair a plus*** *role does
require gun handling*
DART - (25-35) - Male - *any ethnicity - thin* - He is essentially
the Devil personified as a cowboy hat wearing, southern-fried,
effeminate hick. He is rail thin, attractive and tall with an over-
the-top personality and a twang or southern drawl in his voice.

The SUPPORTING roles:
CASH - (18-25) - Male - *any ethnicity - thin to muscular* - Second
in command of "The Teenage Mod Murder Squad" and Brand's best friend.
He is young, thin, attractive and suavely punk rock/mod. ***tattoos
and experience riding a Vespa-style scooters and motorcycles a
plus*** *role does require ride a 150cc scooter*
HARLOT - (18-25) - Female - *Hispanic or Black Only - any body type* -
The loud mouthed and trash talking prostitute. ***role requires
nudity and simulated drug use***
PUNK GIRL #1- (18-35) - Female - *any ethnicity - any body type* -
One of two drug obsessed, loud mouthed meth-head, sex addicts.
***role requires nudity and simulated drug use***
PUNK GIRL #2- (18-35) - Female - *any ethnicity - any body type* -
The 2nd of two drug obsessed, loud mouthed, meth-head, sex addicts.
***role requires nudity and simulated drug use***
Food and lodging will be provided plus you will be paid a day rate
(day rates vary depending on the role).
ALL ROLES ARE PAID.
The feature will be filmed over two weeks in August 2008 this summer
in and around Ephrata/Soap Lake, WA.
